VIII. Maintenance
A. Cleaning
1.
The drip pan should be cleaned
weekly by carefully removing and wiping
with a soft cloth moistened with a
commercially available mineral deposit
remover followed by a cleaning with a
mild disinfectant.
2.
The tray racks should be cleaned
with a soft cloth moistened with a
commercially available mineral deposit
remover followed by a cleaning with a
mild disinfectant.
3.
The mesh baskets (optional)
should be cleaned with a soft cloth
moistened with a commercially available
mineral deposit remover followed by a
cleaning with a mild disinfectant
stainless steel cleaner.
B. Replacement Parts
It is recommended to replace the air
intake filters (3) every 6 months. This
ensures that air flow through the unit is
clean and dust free. Not changing filters
can result in overheating and failure of
equipment.

C. Service
This unit must be serviced by an
authorized Boyd Service Representative
and must always be shipped to Boyd
Industries with a copy of the invoice and
explanation of problem. Please contact
Boyd to obtain an RMA prior to shipping
the unit to our service center. We
recommend saving packaging for safe
shipping. Contact info may be found of
the last page.
