Instruments are dry and ready
for bagging and wrapping.
B. Time of Operation
The unit is designed to dry instruments
in 20 minutes. The 20 minute cycle
includes a 17 minute heat drying cycle
and a 3 minute cooling down cycle.
Once the unit has completed both cycles
(20 minutes total), the cassettes or
mesh baskets holding the instruments
may be removed.
Caution:
Items
may be hot. Only place hot trays on
appropriate surfaces.
C. Automatic Shutoff Function
The DryCurve 1

00 is equipped with an
automatic shutoff function which will
turn off the heater bar within the unit if
unit becomes overheated.
IV. Environmental Conditions
•
Intended for indoor use.
•
Mains supply voltage fluctuations
not to exceed +\- 10% of the
nominal voltage.
V. Warnings
•
Remember to change air intake
filters (3) at least twice per year.
•
Do not place instruments directly
on tray racks. Instruments must
be contained either in cassettes
or DryCurve accessory mesh
baskets to be dried.
•
Do not place hands or fingers
inside unit while unit is in
operation.
•
Do not use flammable liquids with
DryCurve units. This unit should
only be used to dry instruments.
•
Do not restrict side unit air flow.
Provide adequate ventilation.
•
Do not subject the unit to shock
or impact.
•
Do not immerse the unit in water.
•
Do not use with any materials
that are not suitable for
sterilization.
•
Unspecified or improper use of
this product may impair safety
protection.
Do not open top of unit as
warranty will be voided.
