Power supply through a H07RNF type cable not supplied with the units.

The units must be connected :
- with an omnipolar power switch between each other and the electrical system, with a contact opening distance of 3mm or more
between each pole.
- under the control of a high-sensitivity differential device and with protection against current overloads.
- to an efficient grounding system complying with existing standards.
- to an equipotential conductor non supplied with the unit, to be connected to a 5 mm swaged nut located at the bottom near the
symbol
(fixed units).
WATER SUPPLY (851033 / 851034 / 851035 / 851036 / 851233 / 851234 / 851235 / 851236)

Use softened water if possible. 1/2’’ inlet (15/21).

Drainage through a hose with a maximum diameter of 42mm, level with the floor and siphoned.
HOT UNITS

These units maintain the temperature of previously heated food at a temperature of at least 63°C. They cannot be used for heating
or cooking.

Unit with hot air bain-marie tank
(851013/851014/851015/851016/851213/851214/851215/851216) :
- can be used with gastronome containers up to 150 mm high.
Bain-marie :
-
turn on the upper illuminated switch.
- set the thermostat to 125°C. Close the top of the tank with empty containers or gastronome lids. Preheat for 20 minutes prior to
use.
Heated cupboards :
-
turn on via the lower illuminated switch.
-
set the thermostat to 90°C. Preheat for 20 minutes prior to use.

Unit with hot water bain-marie tank

Water level relay adjustment (by the installer or approved After-Sales service):

the top cursor marked «Function» must be placed in DOWN position, factory pre-set.

* place the cursor at the minimum position. The tank fills and the excess water is drained by the overflow tube in the drainage.
* slowly turn to maximum position. Stop when the relay switches from filling position to heating position.
* remove the overflow tube. The tank empties. When the low level is reached, filling must again be carried out.
Bain-marie :

can be used with gastronorm containers up to 150mm high.

set the thermostat to 100°C. Close the top of the tank with empty containers or gastronorm lids. Preheat for 60 minutes prior to
use.

- some cast-iron plates scratch tempered glass. Place these plates in contact with such glass, without moving them horizontally.
- set the thermostat to 100°C. Preheat for 20 minutes prior to use.
- caution: do not use the units if the glass is cracked.
