Host Menu (F7)
Comm Mode:
Full Duplex, Half Duplex, Full Block, Half Block
Select the communications mode.
Note:
Half-duplex is not available when KeyMode is set to ScanCode.
Receive <CR>:
<CR>, <CR><LF>
Select the way in which carriage returns received will be interpreted.
Receive <DEL>:
Ignore, Destruct <BS>
Choose to ignore the DEL control code (7Fh) when received or to treat it as a Destructive Backspace code.
Send ACK:
Off, On
Decide whether the terminal should respond to inquiry (05h) or when certain terminal functions are performed (configuring the EIA (Aux) ports, splitting
screen, etc.) with the ACK (06h) character.
Null Suppress:
On, Off
In the default mode (On), the host ignores all received nulls (00 hex). When you choose Off, the terminal accepts all received nulls and acts upon them
according to the selected emulation.
Send Line Term:
<US>, <CR><LF>
Choose which line terminator is sent. <US> is 1Fh and <CR><LF> is 0Dh 0Ah.
Local:
Off, On
Choose whether keyed data is interpreted locally by the terminal and not sent to the host. Data sent by the host is lost, if Local is on. The ability to print data is
not affected by this mode.
Send Block Term:
<ETX>, <CR>
Choose which character indicates the end of a block.
Or
Send Block Term:
None, FF
Choose which character indicates the end of a block.
Send End:
Cursor, Region
Choose whether the end is indicated by the scroll region or by the cursor location.
Send Region:
Screen, Scroll
Choose whether the terminal sends data from the entire screen or from the scrolling region.
Alt Input Data:
On, Off
Choose whether data from second serial port is sent to the host.
