panel is disconnected.
Lack of electrical feed.
Control box damaged or fuse blown.
Check if the feed is live.
Replace fuse or control box (see chapter

Appliance is blocked.
Heat sensors improperly connected.
Check connections (see breakdown
diagnosis).
Appliance does not ignite at startup.
Improperly connected:

water flow sensor
•
temperature regulator
•
pressostat
Check connections.

There is a spark but the burner does not
light and the appliance is blocked.
Lack of signal from ionization electrode.
Check:
•
gas inlet.
•
ignition system (ionization electrode
and electro valves)
The appliance only lights after several
attempts.
Air in the gas pipe.
Purge the gas pipe. *
In operation, the burner shut-down and
the appliance blocks.
Pressostat activated.
Heat sensor improperly installed.
Heat sensor detects overheating.
Check exhaust gas exit.
Remove dirt or any impediment to correct
extraction.
Check the pressostat connections.
Check installation.
Cool appliance and retry.
The appliance is working but red led is
blinking.
Heat sensors improperly connected.
Inlet gas pressure decreasing.
Check heat sensors connectors.
Check inlet gas pressure.
