Before the 1st washing
The washing machine was thoroughly tested before leaving the
factory. To remove any water that may be left over from the test,
do
not load any laundry the first time that you run a washing
programme.

The washing machine must be installed and connected correctly
as described in the
Installation chapter from

Page 33
onwards .

Check the machine.

Never use a damaged machine. Inform the after-sales service.

Remove the protective film from the display (if present).
3.
Connect the mains plug.
4.
Turn the tap on.
5.
Open the lid; make sure that the drum flaps are closed
correctly (do not load any laundry).
6.
Select the cottons programme.
7.
Set the temperature to 60 °C .
8.
Add 1/3 of the amount of standard detergent recommended
by the manufacturer for light soiling to compartment
II .

To prevent foaming, only use approximately a third of the
recommended amount of detergent. Do not use detergent for
wool or delicates.
9.
Close the lid.
10.
Select start/pause.
11.
At the end of the programme, turn the programme selector to
"Off”.
Your washing machine is now ready to use.
