Wait until the drum has stopped turning.
Caution!
Water damage
Any escaping water may cause water
damage.
Do not open the washing machine door
if water can be seen through the glass.

Switch off the appliance. Disconnect
the mains plug.

Drain the detergent solution

Pull the emergency release
downwards with a tool and release.
The washing machine door can then
be opened.

The loading door is locked:

when the programme is paused. It is not possible to add more laundry.
– Temperature too high. Wait until the temperature drops.
– The water level is too high. Close the door immediately, if necessary.
Press the Start button to continue the programme.

■
The door is not properly closed:
– Push the door closed or open and close it again.
– Laundry is caught. Open and close the door again.
– If necessary, switch the appliance off and on again; select a programme,
configure the settings and start the programme.

when the programme is paused. The door is open and the water level is too
high. Close the door immediately. Press the Start button to continue the pro-
gramme.

Turn on the cold water tap fully.
■
The supply hose is kinked/jammed. Correct the position of the hose.

The water pressure is too low. Clean the filter.
