5.3 Potentiometers
5.3.1 Wiring of potentiometers

Applicability VLE 2130, VLE 2130 F, VLE 2130 E,
VLE 2130 EL, VLE 2140 EL
The potentiometers P1 and P2 are not marked on the
lifting platform. The position of the components is as
shown in this diagram. The potentiometers must be
wired on the basis of the colour assignment in line with
the specified diagram.

Incorrect wiring will destroy the potentiometers.
5.3.2 Testing potentiometers
Contents Testing of potentiometers for values within
valid range.
Applicability VLE 2130, VLE 2130 F, VLE 2130 E,
VLE 2130 EL, VLE 2140 EL
Selecting test function
1. Set the encoding switch to position "7" and press
the Enter button.

If the value of the main column potentiometer is
within the valid range, LED1 flashes (green). If the
value is greater than 97 %, it flashes in red. If it is
less than 3 %, it flashes in orange.

If the value of the secondary column
potentiometer is within the valid range, LED2
flashes (green). If the value is greater than 97 %,
it flashes in red. If it is less than 3 %, it flashes in
orange.
Table 4 shows the entire operating range of the lifting
platform.

between 3 % and 97 % of the maximum operating
range. Otherwise mechanical damage could occur.
