* If a fault occurs during the test, this is encoded and stored in
the EEPROM. The control system can then no longer be set to
operating mode. If operating mode is selected after a fault has
occurred resulting from this test, both LEDs flash alternately
(green/orange). This fault can only be reset by successfully
implementing the activation/diagnosis function procedure
(eliminate any faults or replace defective components).

Applicability
VLE 2130 EL, VLE 2140 EL
In the event of major voltage fluctuations, interference
pulses or other disturbance, the electronic control
system may be deactivated by the safety electronics
and operation is then no longer possible. In most cases
the electronic control system can be re-activated by
switching off and on with the master switch.
The procedure described below may be helpful when
fitting a new control board and in the event of problems
with the control sequence which cannot otherwise be
rectified:
1.
Master switch off.
2.
Fit jumper in position.
3.
Master switch on.
Green/orange flashing of diodes.
4.
Wait 3 seconds.
5.
Master switch off.
6.
Remove jumper.
7.
Master switch on.
8.
Set the encoding switch to position "8" and press
the Enter button.
The EEPROM is activated.
9.
Re-set the lower/upper end position values and the
stopping point (refer to Commissioning).
