Recommended delivery volume
The actually required delivery volume strongly depends on the application (length
of linear section LS 2, number of incoming WT, WT travel distances, dynamics
traveled, etc.) and needs to be adjusted by the customer.
• The recommended delivery volume is 0.5 cm³/impulse. This delivery volume is
already pre-set in impulse mode.
• For setting of the delivery volume, see chapter "IMPULSE mode".
Recommended lubricant delivery frequency
The actual frequency of lubricant delivery required strongly depends on the
application (length of linear section LS 2, number of incoming WT, WT travel
distances, dynamics traveled, etc.) and must be adjusted by the customer.
• Recommended lubricant delivery after approx. 10,000 WT inlets (on both sides)
into the linear section.
• The customer must have the number of incoming WT recorded by the PLC.
• After the corresponding number of WT inlets, the PLC must trigger a lubricant
delivery by interrupting the supply voltage for >1 secondand restarting.
Special delivery PURGE
During operation a special delivery (PURGE) can be triggered at any time. In this
process, 3 special deliveries are triggered, which run automatically.
Press and hold the
SET button during operation for > 10 s (fl ashing arrow icon
in the display).
The message
PU
appears in the display and the special delivery is executed.
The lubrication unit then returns to the preset operating mode.
The PURGE special delivery can be canceled at any time by pressing the
SET button a second time. The system then returns to the set values and then
continues working with the preset parameters.
PIN number
The operation of the lubrication unit can be disabled via a 2-digit PIN number.

Press and hold the
SET button for > 15 s.
The display switches to the entry of the PIN number.

To enter the PIN number press the
SET button repeatedly. The PIN number can
be scrolled through from

The PIN number entered fl ashes in the display.
Approximately 3 seconds after the entry (inactive SET button) the setting mode
for the PIN number is terminated.
When entering the PIN number

the operation of the lubrication unit is not
locked.
When entering

the operation of the lubrication unit is locked and the PIN
number will be requested to unlock.
When entering
55
the operation of the lubrication unit is always locked (Reset).
