• The input is executed with the supply voltage disconnected. The power supply
for the electronics comes from an integrated backup battery.
• The LC 2/LS grease cartridge must be installed on the drive before setting
(see page 11).
In the as delivered condition the display is on the left.
1.
Press and hold the
SET button (> 5 s), until the modes TIME and IMPULSE
fl ash in the display.

Press
2x the SET button.
The display switches to the
IMPULSE mode (IMPULSE fl ashes).
After approx. 3 seconds, the display switches to the selection of the grease
cartridge.

Press the SET button 1x
LC60
Press the
SET button 2x
LC120 (= LC 2/LS)
Press the SET button 3x
LC250
In the display, the selected grease cartridge fl ashes (here LC120).
After approx. 3 seconds, the display switches to the entry of the metered
lubricant delivery volume.

To enter the delivery volume per impulse press the
SET repeatedly. The delivery
volume of
0.1
…
9.5
cm³/impulse can be scrolled through in the pre-entered
steps.
The delivery volume entered per impulse fl ashes in the display.
Approximately 3 seconds after the entry (inactive SET button) the setting mode
for the delivery volume is terminated.
The operating mode, the quantity of remaining impulses, the entered grease
cartridge LC 2 (
LC120) and the metered volume to be delivered per pulse are
shown on the display.
If the number of remaining impulses is 100 or greater, the following indicator
appears in the display

5.
Turn on the power to the lubrication unit.
The display shows the plug symbol, and the arrow symbol
flashes in the
display. The drive LEDs flash green at 5 s intervals.
