Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery includes the following:
• LU 2/LS automatic lubrication unit
• 1 Assembly instructions for "Automatic lubrication unit LU 2/LS"
• 1 Operating instructions for "perma STAR CONTROL"
Accessories
(not included in the scope of delivery)
• LC 2/LS grease cartridge,
3 842 562 441 (120 cm³ grease suitable for roller
bearings, NLGI consistency class 2, maximum service life 2 years)
Use of the automatic lubrication unit LU 2/LS
• Lubricating the rollers of the WT 2/LS workpiece pallets. The grease is
distributed through the rollers on the guide rails of the LS 2 linear section.
For each linear section, two lubrication units LU 2/LS are required for
lubrication of the rollers on both sides of the workpiece pallets WT 2/LS.
