Commissioning
Risk of poisoning and injuries due to leaking hydraulic fluid!
The contact with hydraulic fluids leads to health hazards (e.g. eye injuries, skin
lesions, poisoning during inhalation).
Slipping may lead to severe injuries.
When covers are removed, unpressurized
residual oil may leak.
Immediately wipe off any leaking oil.
f
Prior to putting into operation the accumulator, check the lines for wear and
f
tear as well as for any damage.
Wear protective gloves, safety goggles and appropriate work clothes.
f
Immediately consult a doctor, when hydraulic fluid comes into contact with
f
your eyes or penetrates your skin.
Remove the cover cap from the oil port of the bladder-type accumulator.
f
Connect the hydraulic lines to the oil port of the bladder-type accumulator by
f
exerting counter-pressure with an open-end wrench on the oil valve.
Tighten the hydraulic lines by exerting counterpressure with an open-end
f
wrench on the oil valve until they fit tightly.
The bladder-type accumulator is now mounted.
