2.3.1 Wall Mount Installation
1. Remove the MON152CL power supply/base from the LCD
panel section.
a. Unscrew the two holding screws before separating the
base from the panel. As show below in
photo A
.
1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Monitor
The
MON152CL
15-inch (38-cm) Color Panel Display
Monitor is intended for display of PAL or NTSC standard
color pictures in CCTV systems. The MON152CL monitor
includes two (2) looping Composite Video inputs BNC
connector , two (2) looping Audio inputs RCA , and one
(1) Y/C (S-video) input using 4-pin mini-DIN. In addition,
this model also includes an Analog VGA input using 15-pin
D-sub to accommodate the increasing use of PC’s and
digital video devices in security applications.
To enhance the multi-input capability, a "Picture-in-Picture"
function has been added that allows any of the composite
video or Y/C inputs to be inserted into each other, or into
the VGA input display when operating in the Analog VGA
mode.
Monitor control functions are accessed via the front panel
push buttons and the multi-language On-Screen Display
(OSD).
1.2 Unpacking
Unpack carefully. This electronic equipment should be
handled carefully. Check for the following items.
• MON152CL Color LCD Flat Panel Monitor and Base
• Two(2) Power Cords: 3-wire with grounded plug,1.8m
(6 ft) long; One (1) with European Continental plug
type and one (1) with U.S. plug type.
• One(1) Analog VGA cable,1.5m (5 ft)
• One (1) VESA standard mounting bracket
• Four(4) VESA standard Mounting screw
• One(1) Power Supply Extension Cable,1.5m (5 ft)
• Installation & Operation Instructions (this manual)
1.3 Accessories
• MON151RK Rack Mount Kit: For mounting one
MON152CL monitor in an EIA standard 19-inch rack.
• MON151PS: 120/220 VAC, 50/60Hz input; 12VDC,
3.7 A output, for operation away from base.

2.2 Desktop
Installation
The MON152CL monitor is delivered with a 3-pole US style
power cord and a 3-pole Euro style power cord. Use the US style
power cord where 120VAC,60Hz power is available, and the
Euro style power cord where 230VAC,50Hz power is available.
The monitor end of the powercord plugs into the power
connector in the base stand of the monitor(
Fig.4 , item 11
).
The monitor automatically adjust to either power input voltage. A

2.3
Wall Mount/Rack Mount Installation
The hole pattern on the rear of the panel allows flat wall surface
mounting of the MON152CL, with the base removed. Any VESA
standard wall mount bracket or ceiling mount bracket (purchased
separately) with a squaremounting hole pattern on 100mm
centers may be used. The Mounting Bracket included with the
monitor is used in rack mount installations (refer to instructions for
the MON151RK Rack Mount Kit). It can also be used as an
adapter bracket to a VESA standard wall or ceiling mount
bracket.
1.4 Service
If the unit ever needs repair service, the customer should
contact the nearest Bosch Security Systems, Inc. Service
Center for authorization to return and shipping instructions.
