dough- and potato dough as well as for
mixing heavy mincemeat dough, pasta or
bread dough. The maximum processing
quantity is 500 g of flour and ingredients.

Move slide to position .
The apertures for inserting the tools are
open, the rear aperture is closed.

Insert the required tool pair into the
apertures and press on the tools until they
engage.
Note the shape of the plastic parts on
the tools to avoid mixing up the tools
(Fig.

–2)!

Insert the mains plug.

Place the food in a suitable receptacle.

Insert tools into the receptacle and switch
on the appliance at the required setting.
Settings 1, 2:
for working in and mixing in.
Settings 3, 4, 5:
for kneading and beating.
Instantaneous switching: M
for mixing or beating ingredients quickly.
Note:
Always switch off the base unit before taking
it out of the blended food.
After using the appliance:

Move the switch to 0/off.

Remove mains plug.

Release and remove the tools by
pressing the ejector button.
Attention:
Do not press the ejector button until the tools
are at a standstill. The ejector button cannot
be actuated unless the switch is in the 0/off
position.
Base unit with high-speed hand
blender
The appliance is suitable for blending
mayonnaise, sauces, mixed drinks, baby
food, cooked fruit and vegetables.
For puréeing soups.

Move slide to position .
The rear aperture is open, the apertures
for inserting the tools are closed.

Insert the high-speed hand blender and
lock into position.

Insert the mains plug.

Put ingredients into the blender jug.

Move the switch to the left to
instantaneous switching and hold in
place.
Selector switch 1–5 will not function!
Note:
To prevent the food from splashing, first
immerse the high-speed hand blender
into the food, then switch on the appliance.
Always switch off the base unit before taking
it out of the blended food.
After using the appliance:

Move the switch to 0/off.

Remove mains plug.

Remove the high-speed hand blender by
simultaneously pressing both release
buttons.
Cleaning
Warning!
Surfaces may be damaged. Do not use
abrasive cleaning agents.

Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth and
then wipe dry.
Remove all adhesion from the area of the
slide!

Clean the tools in the dishwasher or with
a brush under running water.

Leave high-speed hand blender to dry in
upright position (blender foot blade at top)
so that any water inside can run out.

Risk of injury!
Before changing the tools, pull out the
mains plug.
Important information
The appliance requires no maintenance.
Thorough cleaning protects the appliance
from damage and keeps it functional.
Risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the base unit in liquids and
do not clean in the dishwasher.
Do not use a steam cleaner!
