** At 3 levels baking, place pans by counting from lower to upper baking level like this:
shallow enamel pan at level 1, aluminum pan at level 3 and deep universal pan at level 5.
When baking at 3 levels, it may occur that levels 3 and 5 might need to be taken out, a little
sooner than the end of the recommended baking time.
