Maintenance (only for approved contractors)
Therm 4000 S – 6 720 815 298 (2017/05)
▶ Clean the surface of the nozzles with a brush.
▶ Rinse off the nozzles with a water jet.
Water filter / flow limiter
▶ Close the water shut-off valve.
▶ Disconnect the cold water supply [1].
▶ Remove the fixing ring [2] from the cap of the water
valve [3].
▶ Remove the cap of the water valve.
▶ Carefully pull out the water filter/flow limiter with a
screwdriver[4].
▶ Replace the filter/flow limiter.

8.3 Replacing the fuses (control device)
▶ Release the fixing screw on the control device.
▶ Disconnect all connections to the control device.
▶ Open the control device.
▶ Replace the fuse.
8.4 Putting into operation after maintenance
▶ Open all connections again.
▶ Please read Chapter 3, "Operating instructions", and
Chapter 7, "Gas type conversion".
▶ Check the gas setting (burner pressure).
▶ Check the flue for leaks (with the casing attached).
▶ Check the gas and water pipes for leaks.
8.5 Safe operation/ risk for prolonged use
Prolonged use power wear some elements may cause gas leaks
and transhipment of products of combustion.
Preventively should:
▶ Make a visual inspection of the maintenance intervals to the
following elements:
– Electrical contact of security sensor
– Fan
– Gas valve
– Combustion chamber
In case of corrosion visible:
▶ Call the intervention of a qualified contractor.
