3.1 

Intended use

The tester set 

CRI/CRIN SST 

is an add-on to the tester 

set CRI/CRIN 848H. The tester set 

CRI/CRIN SST

 can 

be used to determine shot-to-shot scatter of injectors.

Mixed operation with 1 687 231 904 pressure 
sensors is not permissible. 1 687 231 904 pressure 
sensors are of a smaller and narrower design than 
1 687 231 914 pressure sensors

For your own safety and to prevent damage to the 
device as the result of improper operation, read and 
follow the original operating instructions carefully.

On initial commissioning, the configuration file 
"

SstPressureSensorSetup.exe

" must be started 

and executed once (see conversion instructions 
1 689 978 563).

3.2 

Target group

The product may only be used by trained and 
instructed personnel. Apprentices or personnel 
undergoing training or instruction may use the 
product only under the continuous supervision of an 
experienced person.

Children must be supervised to make sure they will 
not play with the product.

Only personnel 

with sufficient knowledge and 

experience in hydraulics is allowed to work on 
hydraulic devices.

Instruction on testing diesel components at the Robert 
Bosch training center is mandatory.
