event, the B465 sends a COMMUNICATION
TROUBLE report. It uses the ttt segment of
the report to identify the technology and
receiver.

(restoral) When any of the communication trouble
events shown above clears, the B465 sends
a COMMUNICATION TROUBLE Restoral

FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE When there is a communication failure event,
the B465 inserts a FAILURE TO
COMMUNICATE report (Contact-ID 354) at
the top of the report queue. It is the first
report sent when communication restores. 25
