NOTICE

Conveyor chain malfunction

(ﬂ at top chain/accumulation roller chain with small parts trap)

Operation of the chain against the direction of movement will lead to conveyor

chain malfunctions and can lead to a crash. There is a danger of damage to property

Make sure that the chain is mounted in its correct direction of movement.

NOTICE

Conveyor chain malfunction (ﬂ at top chain/accumulation roller chain)

Lack of lubrication on the conveyor chain will lead to conveyor chain malfunctions

and can lead to a crash. There is a danger of damage to property.

The conveyor chain used in this product has already been lubricated at the

factory before delivery.

Before commissioning, lubricate the conveyor chain with 1 to 2 g oil per chain

meter, and afterwards every 1000 operating hours with 2 to 3 g oil/m,

using Structovis GHD,
