Switch off the hob for cleaning
Allow the hob to cool down to avoid risk of
burns.
• Remove cooking residues with a little water
and detergent or a product recommended
for vitroceramics in the trade.
• In no circumstances use equipment opera-
ting with steam or pressure.
• Do not use objects that can damage vitroce-
ramics (scouring pads, knife tips etc.).
• Do not use any abrasives; they can damage
the appliance.
• Dry the appliance thoroughly with a dry cloth.
• Remove sugar or food containing sugar im-
mediately.
