Using the timer without cooking
Example: 29 minutes:
Action
Control panel Display
Activating the hob Press [ 0/I ] Zone indicator on
Select timer Press [ CL ] [ 00 ]
Select units Slide to [ 9 ] along slider [ 0 ] on [ 9] flashes
Confirm units Press [ 09 ] [ 0 flashes] [ 9 on ]
Select tens Slide to [ 2 ] along slider [ 2 flashes] [ 9 on ]
Confirm tens Press [ 29 ] [ 29 ]
After a few seconds the control light stops with blinking.
As soon as the selected cooking time is finished the timer displays blinking [ 00 ] and a sound
rings.
To stop the sound and the blinking it is enough to press the display [ 00 ]. The hob switches off.
Automatic cooking
All cooking zones are equipped with an automatic “go and stop” cooking device. The cooking zone
starts at full power during a certain time, then automatically reduces its power to the preselected
level.
Programming automatic cooking

Select zone Press [ 0 ] of the zone [ 0 ] and zone indicator on
Select power Slide along slider from [ 0 ] to [ 9 ]
Select automatic cooking Press [ 9 ] on the slider again [ 9 ] flashes with [ A ]
Select power Slide along slider to [ 7 ] from [ 9 ] to [ 8 ] [ 7 ]
(e.g. 7) to [ 7 ] [ 7 ] flashes with [ A ]
Stopping the automatic operation:
Action Control panel Display
Select zone Press [ 7 ] of the zone [ 7] flashes with [ A ]
Select power Slide along slider [ 1 ] to [ 9 ] or [ U ]
Expandable zones
The hob is equipped with expandable zones.
This facility allows you to match the cooking zones to the size of the pot.
