You may receive status messages under certain conditions. Before contacting
Boost Customer Care, note the message, numeric code, and the conditions under
which it appeared. The following table lists and describes the status messages.

The number that you entered is not valid.

User Not Available

The phone that you called is either busy, out-
of-coverage, or turned off. Please try again

User Not Authorized

The person that you called has not purchased
this service.

This service is temporarily not available.

The phone that you called is busy in a Private
Call.

User Busy in Data

The phone that you called is busy using Boost
Wireless Web services.
