Installazione dei motori
Controllare che le condizioni di ali-
mentazione, montaggio e servizio cor-
rispondano a quanto indicato in targa e
descritto nella documentazione tecnica.
È molto importante, per l'installazione del
motore, attenersi alle seguenti norme:
Rimuovere le eventuali protezioni in plastica
presenti sugli alberi.
Successivamente, queste protezioni do-
vranno essere recuperate ed eliminate
secondo le norme in vigore nel proprio paese.
Rimuovere eventuali protezioni antiossidanti
applicate agli alberi per mezzo di solventi.
Infine smaltire questi secondo la normativa
applicabile nel paese.
Motor installation
Check that mains assembly and service
conditions comply with the information on
the plate and described in the technical
documentation.
The following instructions must be observed
when installing the motor:
Prior to installing the motor remove from the
shaft the plastic guards that are supplied for
transportation purposes.
These must be disposed of according to the
rules applicable in the Country where the
installation takes place.
If applicable, remove oxidation preventative
coating of shaft by means of a suitable solvent,
which afterwards must be disposed of
according to the regulations applying locally.
Assicurarsi che non vi siano impedimenti alla
libera circolazione dell'aria e in generale, che
non insorgano situazioni che compromettano
il regolare smaltimento del calore.
L'installazione

consentire
I'esecuzione della manutenzione ordinaria
del motore.
Non sottoporre l'albero motore ad urti che
possano danneggiare i cuscinetti. Non
usare il martello nel montaggio.
Nelle installazioni all'aperto, proteggere il
motore con inverter integrato dalla luce solare
diretta e dalle intemperie se possibile.
Accoppiando motori elettrici ai riduttori
seguire attentamente le istruzioni riportate nei
relativi manuali.
Per montaggi con chiavetta e albero cavo,
prima di introdurre l'albero del motore
nell'albero cavo del riduttore, assicurarsi che
la linguetta del motore sia perfettamente
stabile nella propria sede e spalmare su tutta
la lunghezza dell'albero del motore adeguati

The
installation
must
also
allow
the
performance of ordinary maintenance on the
motor.
Avoid hitting on the motor shaft: bearings
may be damaged. Do not use the hammer
during the installation.
In outdoor installations, protect the motor with
integrated drive from direct sun radiation and,
if possible, from inclement weather.
Coupling electric motors with gears strictly
follow instructions reported in the related
manuals.
Prior to fitting flanged motors on to gear units
make sure that the key is retained safely into
the key seat. Coat thoroughly motor shaft with
a suitable anti-seize product (Loctite 767 or
equivalent) to prevent fretting corrosion and
facilitate removal of motor at a later time.
