1. Spark arrester
Remove carbon deposits from the
spark arrester using a brush.
NOTE:
Use a soft brush and be careful
to avoid damaging spark arrester.
Reinstall the spark arrester in muffler.
Radiator
Periodically check the radiator area for
cleanliness.
Inspect radiating fins. They must be
clean, free of mud, dirt, leaves and any
other deposit that would prevent the
radiator to cool properly.
Remove as much deposits as you can
with your hands. If water is available
in proximity, try rinsing the radiating
fins.
If available, use a garden hose to rinse
the radiating fins.
WARNING
Never clean radiator with your
hands when it is hot. Let the radi-
ator cool down before cleaning.

Be careful not to dam-
age the radiating
fi
ns when clean-
ing. Do not use any object/tool that
could damage the
fi
ns. The
fi
ns are
purposely thin parts to allow ef
fi
-
cient cooling. WHEN HOSING, USE
LOW PRESSURE ONLY. NEVER USE
A HIGH PRESSURE WASHER.

dealer to check the performance of
the cooling system.

1. Air injection valve
Disconnect hoses from air injection
valve.
Remove air injection valve from its
support.
While holding one half, turn the other
half counterclockwise to open.
