Oil change

After 3000 operating hours, however, at the latest after one year.
–
With compressor oil
HighLub 6000

–
With compressor oil
Syprem S
: After 9000 operating hours, however, at
the latest after two years.
–
For other types of oil the appropriate oil change intervals must be complied
with.
Building up a pressure cushion
To enable a quick draining of the oil from the compressed air/oil tank and to
overcome a difference in height a small pressure cushion can be built up (ap-
prox. 22 psig system pressure). This pressure cushion forces the oil through
the drain hose into a suitable collecting basin.
–
Switch off the compressor using the OFF button.
WARNING!
Do not use tools to screw in the new oil separators!
You might damage the oil separators or their sealing rings.
A hand tight seating of the oil separators is sufficient.
WARNING: Risk of injury!
Open mains disconnection device and secure by means of lock out tag out.
NOTICE!
The service life of the oil, the oil filter and oil separators is reduced under the
following conditions:
–
When the compressor is operated at extreme ambient temperatures.
–
When the intake air is extremely soiled.
WARNING: Risk of injury!
Actuate emergency-stop switch/button, open mains disconnecting device
and secure by means of lock out tag out.
