Step 7:

 Assemble lat bar

1.  Mount the lat bar (34) to the lat pull tower using the 9mm snap hook (23A).
2.  To mount accessories like the low row bar (43), the hand grip (39) or the ankle strap (40) mount the 

low row chain (42) to the end of the lower cable (33) using a 8mm snap hook (23) and connect 

the accessories to the low row chain (42) using a second 8mm snap hook (23).
