Step 3:

 Assemble top frame

1.   Attach two 50x75mm endcaps (20) to the top frame (4).
2.  Attach two 50x50mm caps (21) to the top frame (4).
3.  Shove the adjuster frame (7) over the upright frame (5).
4.  Mount the top frame (4) to the upright frame (5) using two 

3/8” X 3” hex bolts (54), four 3/8” washers (63) 

and two 3/8” nylon nuts (66).

5.  Put the plastic guide rod holders (24) on the 

guide rods (6).

6.  Mount the top frame (4) to the guide rods 

(6) using two 3/8”  X1” bolts (57) and two 3/8”   

washers (65).

7.  Mount the seat pad (15) to the seat adjuster frame (8) 

using two 3/8” X 1” hex threaded bolts (57) and two 3/8” 

washers (63). 

8.  Mount the seat adjuster frame (8) to the base frame (1).
