Step 4:

 Assemble foam pad

1.  Shove the two plastic covers (26) and the two foam pads (16) over the adjuster frame (7).
2.  Mount the foam pads (16) to the adjuster frame (7) using two 5/16” X 1-1/4 set screws (59), two plastic 

washers (27) and two 5/16” large washers (64).

3.  Shove the two rubber donuts (25) and the two olympic sleeves (52) over the top plate (10) and 

mount the olympic sleeves (52) using two 5/16” X 3/8 inner hex screws (60).

NOTICE

Use the spring collars (48 or 49) to fix 

weight on the top plate (10) after the 

entire assembly.
