. Align the holes on

Pedal Connection Joint (#78)
to the
Left Pedal Tube (#36L)
by inserting one
Hex
Bolt (#77)
, one
Washer (#72)
and one
Nylon Nut (#42)
. Repeat this process on the
other side using the
Pedal Connection Joint (#78)
and
Right Pedal Tube (#36R)
.

Left Couple Bar
(#25L)
to the front of the
Left Pedal Tube (#36L)
by inserting one
Hex Bolt (#35)
through the
Left Pedal Tube (#36L)
, the
Left Couple Bar (#25L)
and secure with
one
Washer (#30)
and one
Nylon Nut (#17)
. Repeat this process on the right side.
Remove the
Special Washer (#20)
that are preassembled on the Axle of the
Center Post (#28)
and set them aside as they will be used later in this step.
