Assembly STEP 1 WEIGHT BENCH
Attach the Main Frame (#01) to the Rear Stabilizer (#04) by
inserting two Carriage Bolts (#24) up through the Rear Stabilizer (#04)
and Main Frame
(#01)
and secure with two Nylon Nuts
(#30)
.
Attach the Main Frame
(#01)
to the Front Stabilizer
(#06)
by inserting
two Carriage Bolts
(#24)
up through the Front Stabilizer
(#06)
and
Main Frame
(#01)
, and secure with two Nylon Lock Nuts
(#30).
With the help of an assistant and using the drawing as a reference,
align the holes on the bottom end of the Backrest Cushion Tubes
(#05) , the small cylinder on Seat Cushion Adjustment Tube (#02)
and bracket on Main Frame (#01) . Secure them together by using
one Hex Bolt (#23) , four Washers (#26) and one Nylon Nut (#30) by
hand tightening.
Attach the Backrest Cushion Adjustment Tube (#03) to the two
Backrest Cushion Tubes (#05) . Secure them together by using one
Hex Bolt (#23) , two Washers (#26) and one Nylon Nut (#30) .
Screw a Hex Bolt (#18) through the bottom of the Seat Cushion
Adjust Tube (#02) , and secure it use a Nylon Nut (#28) . This is
for safety measure. Insert Pop

Pin (#31) into the hole on the Main
Frame (#01) and through the hole setting on the Seat Cushion
Adjustment Tube (#02) .
Hardware Required
NOTE:
To avoid misalignment due to over-tightening, please do
not use a wrench at this time.
Hand-tightening for now will help ensure easy assembly.
Wrench-tightening should be performed after all parts are
assembled to ensure all nuts, bolts, and parts are tightly
secured before use.
