A.) Frame Assembly
With the help of an assistant, slide the
Bottom Frame (#03)
into the
Main Frame (#08)
a minimum of 4 inches to ensure
that the
Spring Knob (#06)
fully engages into at least the first
hole on the
Bottom Frame (#03)
. Slide the
Bottom Frame
(#03)
further into the
Main Frame (#08)
for shorter users
and further out for taller users. Once you select the
best hole setting, screw the
Spring Knob (#06)
into the
Main Frame (#08)
and through the
Bottom Frame (#03)
.
Please refer to illustration A.
B.) Rear Handle Bar Assembly
Remove the
Bolts (#34)
which are pre-assembled on
the
Seat Cushion Frame (#21)
. Set them aside as they will be used
later in this step. Attach the
Rear Handle Bar (#15)
to the
Seat
Cushion Frame (#21)
using two
Bolts (#34),
two
Spring Washers
(#35)
, and two
Washers (#37).
The
Spring Knob (#06)
has a safety feature that allows you to loosen it by turning
it counter-clockwise and then pull upward (to allow for adjusting). Adjust the seat distance
and then release the knob back, making sure it engages through a hole on the
Bottom Frame (#03)
.
Tighten the knob by turning clockwise. For the user’s safety, always ensure the
Spring Knob (#06)
is properly engaged through a hole on the
Bottom Frame (#03)
.
