Problem:
No hot water to Bob cup
Check power source. Remove water line to injector pin. Place end of line in the
drip tray. (Start cycle with Bob cup in place.) If there is still no water check
pumps with a voltmeter during operation. If pumps are running and you get
water remove the water injector pin for observation. If obstructed replace
and clean with a 3/32 drill bit by inserting it into injector pin. Check for
possible replacement of main board.
Problem:
Brewer dripping liquid.
Remove cover. Make sure all water lines are secure and in place. Check
coffee seal in shuttle to assure that it is in place and functioning. Check
seal on guillotine to assure it is in good repair and functioning. Check
guillotine to assure that it is in the down position and creates proper seal at
the time of brewing. If not, adjust all cams and functions to assure that they
are in the position as indicated in drawing and that limit switches are secure
and functioning. Check if there are coffee grounds stuck to the seal. If so,
clean them out, as they will create obstruction, preventing a proper seal.
