Smart card Not Valid
If the smart card is not authorized for use with unit, the following message appears.
Removing the smart card returns you to the Welcome screen.
Smart card Damaged
If the smart card is authorized but is damaged, i.e., only part of the information on the card
can be read, the following message appears.
Removing the smart card returns you to the Welcome screen
When a valid smart card is inserted, a check is made to see if the card is PIN protected.
