13. Stack the top plate onto the mid plate and insert 2 M3 x 22 machine screws.
14. Tighten all 4 of the screws.
15. Add the o-rings
16. Adjust the guide tube so that it is close to the drive wheel without touching it.

Snug up board against the frame
until if is firm. Do not over tighten the ties
as this will damage the control board
