Simultaneous operation of
a BMW system and another
system is not possible.
BMW Motorrad navigation
system
If a BMW Motorrad navigation
system is installed on your mo-
torcycle, the system's voice
output is via the audio system.
Music playback via the audio
system is not possible.
If the navigation system is also
paired to a Bluetooth-compat-
ible communication system,
the wired connection to the au-
dio system is deactivated. The
navigation-system announce-
ments are output directly via
the communication system.
Music playback is not possible
even if the communication sys-
tem was paired beforehand
with the audio system.
Mobile phones
If your motorcycle is not
equipped with a navigation
system, pair a mobile phone
to the BMW Motorrad
communication system.
If your motorcycle is equipped
with a BMW Motorrad nav-
igation system, use the sys-
tem's telephone functions (e.g.
phonebook, caller ID). You can
do this by pairing the naviga-
tion system with the commu-
nication system and the mobile
phone with the navigation sys-
tem.
Use the following examples of
pairing to configure your system.
Bear in mind that it is always im-
portant to proceed in the correct
sequence when pairing devices.
