8.4 PROBLEMS OUT OF WARRANTY
• Call 1-800-BLENDTEC to diagnose the problem� Please be ready to
provide the blender serial number, the date of purchase and a description
of the problem� Do not attempt to complete your own repairs� Many
issues can be resolved simply and quickly over the phone�
• If you wish to have the blender repaired, Blendtec will provide instructions
on how to send your machine to the facility for an out-of-warranty repair�
