Set-up/Basic settings

The setup function allows you to customise the TravelPilot’s basic functions to
suit your needs.

The following functions can be changed:

•

Display - change the display properties

•

Volume - set the basic volume levels

•

Hotkey - program the hotkey

•

Time - set the clock

•

Language - load a language

•

Installation - test and calibration menu

•

Security - activate/deactivate the unit’s security code

•

Reset - reset the unit to the default settings

•

Fmseek Best/Sens - Set the unit’s search sensitivity

Activating the Set-up menu

If you are currently using a main or function menu,

Press

DSC

twice.

The system will switch to the Set-up menu.

If the DSC menu for an audio source or navigation is active,

Press

DSC

;

once,

Press the

softkey

marked

SETUP.

The system will switch to the Set-up menu. The selection bar will mark the first
entry on the list menu.

To alter settings and activate menu items,

Use / on the rocker switch

to move the selection bar.
