To change the configuration parameters we can access the Quickly config for
all:
Single settings can be accessed individually but becasue we have a common
modulator for all and adjacent: the single setting will affect the others:
where we set start center
frequency (other will follow it),
the common channel level, DVB-
C mode (Annex A/C or ITU
american AnnexB named),
bandwidth, constlleation 64...256
QAM and symbol rate.
