Close the BlackBerry Desktop Software if it is open.

2.

Download the .exe file for the BlackBerry Smart Card 
Reader software.

You must reset the BlackBerry Smart Card Reader 
before you update the driver. See “Reset the 
BlackBerry Smart Card Reader” on page 8 for more 
information.
