Reader is only active when performing smart card 
operations such as importing certificates. In 
Disabled mode, the BlackBerry Smart Card Reader 
is always active. In Partial mode, the BlackBerry 
Smart Card Reader is active when it is unlocked. 
Higher activity levels improve the performance of 
operations but use more battery power than lower 
activity levels.
