MINI-MODEM (56 KBPS DATA/FAX MODEM)

NOTE

When the modem receives a break from the remote modem, break
is passed to the DTE as follows: In non-error-correction mode
direct, the break length is passed; in non-error-correction mode
normal and in error correction mode, a 300-ms break is passed.

Description:

Controls the response of the
modem to a break received
from the DTE or the remote
modem or the \B command
according to the parameter
specified. The response is
different in three separate
command states. The first
state is where the modem
receives a break from the
DTE when the modem is
operating in data transfer
mode:
