31.3.7 Removing motorized guide rails
The motorized guide rails can be removed and remounted in order to clean the guide rails
themselves or conveyor belts and belt units.

Removing guide rails:

Take hold of the star handles

with both hands and remove complete guide rail
from the mounting

pulling it upwards in direction of the arrow.
– Clean guide rail and belt units, see page 377.
Repositioning guide rails:
–
Take hold of the star handles
1
with both hands and insert complete guide rail into
the mounting
2
downwards in direction of the arrow. Make sure that the driving pins
of the guide rails
3
engage in the guide rail plate.
– Depending on the operating mode, automatically adjust one or both guide rails via the
corresponding softkeys, see page 424, and check correct positioning of the guide
rails.
