2. Make sure all doors are closed and locked.
5. Standing in front of the power saw, place product on the meat carriage. Pay attention to position of your
hands. Keep hands clear of moving band type saw blade. Leaning lightly against the scalloped front edge
of meat carriage, hold the product firmly in left hand with product face flush against the full length meat
gauge plate (If Equipped). Move the meat carriage from left to right at a steady rate until fully past the
saw blade. Use right hand to remove and stack cut product,

TYPE SAW BLADE.
On the return stroke, pull the product slightly toward you, away from the saw blade.
3. Adjust full length meat gauge plate (If Equipped) forward to desired thickness of cut. “A”
4. Push start button and watch blade for proper tracking.
6. ALWAYS use the Safety End Cut Pusher Plate (Item No. LH256PM) for smaller products or the last cuts of
product. “C” The pusher plate is supplied if the saw is ordered with a full length meat gauge plate. “A”
7. When finished cutting, push stop button. Perform lockout/tagout procedure.
