Heart Rate Watch
1. The battery compartment is located at the back of the
watch unit.
2. To install/replace the battery unscrew the back cover
using a screw driver. (Not included) (See Diagram 1).
3. Remove old battery and dispose of properly.
4. Insert new battery making sure that poles line up according to markings.
5. Using the screwdriver re-screw on back cover.
Heart Rate Belt
1. To install/replace the battery in the heart rate belt, insert a coin into the slit
on the battery compartment and turn clockwise.
2. Remove old battery and dispose of properly.
3. Insert new battery making sure poles line up according to markings.
4. Put the compartment lid back into place and tighten it firmly by turning the
coin counter clockwise.
