Stop Watch
1. Press the MODE button until you reach the stop
watch screen.
2. To start the stopwatch timer press the START/
STOP button.
3. To stop the stopwatch timer press the START/
STOP button again.
4. To reset, press the SET button.
Alarm
1. Press the MODE button until you reach the
Alarm mode.
2. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to
change or set the alarm time. Hour digits will
flash.
3. Adjust hour by using the START/STOP button (to
count up) or the SET button (to count down).
4. Once desired hour is reached press the MODE button to confirm and the
minute digits will flash.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to set the minute digits.
6. Press the MODE button to complete setting the alarm
7. After alarm time is set press the SET button to activate or deactivate the
alarm
.
Installing the Battery
The heart rate monitor uses 2 x “CR2032” lithium batteries. Use only the
recommended batteries.
