Troubleshooting
If the instrument does not operate properly, check the following and contact your local distributor if not
resolved.
Problem
Action
The instrument does not turn
on.
1.
Check the connection between the adapter and the electrical outlet.
2.
Check the connection between the adapter and the power cable.
3.
Check the connection between the adapter connector and the
adapter jack at the back of the instrument.
4.
Check if the power button is at the off position.
5.
Request for service.
The
instrument
does
not
perform initialization.
1.
Check if the contamination shield cover is open.
2.
Check if there is any foreign object interfering with the moving parts.
3.
Request for service.
The
instrument
smells
of
burning.
1.
Request for service as it may be an internal problem of the
instrument.
The
instrument
does
not
operate.
1.
Check if two or more AccuLoader applications are running.
2.
Check the Bluetooth connection.
3.
Check the settings.
