Tap the START button on the lower right side of the screen when all settings are complete.

Run screen will appear.
An animation will display the location for the NTC (no template control) well.
Scan the NTC tube with the barcode scanner and the plate will move from the starting position so
that the opening is on the NTC well.
Open the NTC tube cap and dispense the assigned volume of NTC into the NTC well using a pipette.
