On power up, the terminal performs the 
autozero procedure. In the case of a legally 
approved instrument, the autozero will be 
within a range of -5% and +15% of the 
full-scale value around the calibrated zero. In 
the case of a non-legal weighing instrument, 
the range is -50% to +50%.
