Transport and handling section

4.1

Transport, handling, storage

CAUTION

: Disseminate the instructions described in this chapter to all

personnel involved in the Transport and handling of the machine.
For safety reasons, the moving parts must be locked before transport.

4.2

Packaging and transport

The machine is packed for transport directly by the Manufacturer.
It is supplied with a cardboard box and two wooden sleepers (10 cm high) fixed under
the lifting platform with dedicated screws. In addition to the lifting platform, the package
also contains the wheel stop tube (Figure 4, [1]).

The machine is delivered tested and in perfect conditions.

4.3

Unloading and handling

All lifting and unloading operations must be carried out in compliance with current safety
regulations.

The cardboard and wooden packaging must be lifted using a forklift truck, by inserting
the forks inside the wooden supports.
